    With every beat, sweat, and step, you’re reprogramming your mind and body for joy, resilience, and self-belief. My high-energy, no-judgment dance fitness classes help you reconnect with your power—and have fun doing it.

    Class Types:
    Zumba® — Latin-inspired cardio dance for all levels.
    HIIT classes - Circuit style group exercises using weights and or booty bands Glow & Go — A quick online dance energy boost (coming soon!) GoldFit — Strength & rhythm fused in one powerful format (coming soon!)
    Flow & Flex — Stretch, mobility, and mindset reset (coming soon!)

    Wednesdays – 6:00 PM: Sizzle HIIT & 7:00 PM Ride (Crunch Ann Arbor)

    Thursdays – 5:45 PM: Zumba® (LA Fitness Allen Park)

    Fridays – 7:00 AM: Ride & 7:30 AM Top 2 Bottom Burnout {bands + weights} (Crunch Ann Arbor)

    Saturdays – 10:00 AM: Ride (Crunch Ann Arbor)

    Sundays – 7:00 PM: Zumba® (LA Fitness Plymouth) {ANN ARBOR RD}
