2022 Year-End Review:
This was a year where I leaned into so many uncomfortable situations! I was stretched beyond my mental capacity, but I made it. And so did you! You are probably reading this because you know me and or you are rooting for me. Here’s the highlight reel from my year 2022:
I used social media minimally and focused on my educational goals. I completed a Women’s Entrepreneurship Certification with Cornell University and a Digital Marking Certification with Michigan State University. #GoGreen I enrolled in a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification at SNHU to start at the top of 2023 #GoalGetter
I started a new role in my corporate work and was promoted twice
Our family unexpectedly lost the patriarch (my grandfather) during the summer
I found my therapist and she has been challenging me like never before
I completed several websites and logos for clients
My oldest daughter started her senior year of high school and her second year in college simultaneously. I am so proud of her (I hope she is too!) I have been allowing her to lean into making her own decisions so she can trust her gut/voice when she is away wrapping up her college degree
One of my most proud moments was watching the rest of the A-Team grow, learn, fail, and try new things just like I’ve always taught them
We obeyed the unction of the Lord and parted ways with our spiritual covering and have new accountability with Bishop Willie Thorton
By the end of the year, I knew I needed to recalibrate and put some boundaries in place to juggle all the things
I made a decision to let go of relationships that are not fruitful or good to my spirit…cutting some of these ties cut deep, but I trust God
I entered 2023 with my family safely!
Wishing you so much love, peace, joy, and abundance in this new year!
Cheers to 2023!
